1.25 lbs – Flaked Oats
1 lb – Crystal 40L malt
1 lb – Pale malt
0.5 lbs – Flaked Barley

Mashed at 155 degrees F for 55 min

1 lb – Light DME
5 lbs – Extra pale LME
1 oz – Galena hop pellets (60 min)
1 oz – Glacier hop pellets (15 min)
1 tab – Whirl Flock (15 min)
1 capsule – Yeast fuel (15 min)
8 oz – New Sweden Fikablend Whole Roasted Coffee Beans (5 min)

Strained through the funnel screen

O.G. 1.059, 14.4 degrees Brix

Fermented with Wyeast 1272 American Ale II yeast at 68 degrees F

01/11/2015 – Racked to secondary

A fair amount of fluffy yeast was stirred up moving the carboy, so decided to rack to secondary.

F.G.: 1.015, 8.1 degrees Brix

01/15/2015 – Kegged

F.G.: 1.014, 8.8 degrees Brix
ABV: 5.9%
